Affirmed

“The director is satisfied that the company has adequate resources to enable it to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the forseeable future. The company has a strong order book and expects a significant increase in profitability in the years to 31 March 2026 and 31 March 2027. As evidenced by cash flow projections, the company anticipates cash surpluses over the next two years as well as an improving working capital position. After making enquiries, and having taken all factors into account, the director has a reasonable expectation that the company have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the company continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and accounts.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-03-31 vs 2024-03-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
