“Notwithstanding the fact that the Company is in a net current liabilities position in the current year of £6,393k (2024: £6,393k), the Company's Parent undertaking has given a written undertaking that it will provide ongoing support so it can discharge its liabilities for the next 12 months. After making enquiries, the directors have an expectation that the Company has, or can create, adequate resources to allow it to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and accordingly, the directors have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
