“The company's business activities, together with the factors likely to affect its future development and position, are set out in the Strategic Report. The company is expected to continue to generate positive cash flows on its own account for the foreseeable future. On the basis of their assessment of the Group's financial position, and based on current cash flow projections and the Group's banking facilities, having given consideration to various outcomes of future performance and forecast capital expenditure; including downside scenarios, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company will be able to continue operating until at least 31 December 2026.”
