- Affirmed
“The Trustees confirm that PPP remains a going concern, with adequate financial resources and committed funding streams to meet obligations and continue delivering services for the foreseeable future. In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the trustees' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the group's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

Significant events
- “During the financial year, the Board concluded that continuing to operate Pulteneytown People's Project Enterprises (PPPE) as a separate entity was no longer in the best interests of the charity. All viable community functions, including the Café, were brought back under the direct management of PPP as a Community Café, aligning with the charity's social purpose and enabling access to grant funding, volunteer support, and wider community benefit.”
- “Following the changes to the operations of the Cafe, The Board approved a decision to formally wind up PPPE and removed from the register. The decision was made on 7 October 2025. PPPE had operated as a trading arm of the charity, principally managing the commercial Café and associated hospitality activities within the Pulteney Centre. Despite strong community engagement, the trading model was no longer financially sustainable, and the subsidiary had recorded losses over several consecutive years.”
- “The decision to close PPPE was taken after careful consideration and in consultation with auditors. All financial and governance obligations were met, and no liabilities remain outstanding. The change has simplified PPP's structure, reduced administrative overheads, and strengthened the focus on sustainable, community-led operations.”
- “The 2024/25 financial year marked a period of major transition for both the Board of Directors and the Senior Leadership Team.”
- “The 2024/25 financial year marked a period of major transition for PPP's Adult Care Services. Following sustained workforce pressures, rising costs, and sector-wide recruitment challenges, the organisation took the difficult but deliberate decision to withdraw from the Care at Home contract in late 2024.”
- “However, ongoing workforce fragility led the Board, in August 2024, to approve a planned withdrawal from Care at Home. PPP worked closely with NHS Highland and local providers to ensure every service user's continuity of care. Over subsequent months, care packages were systematically transferred to alternative providers in Wick, Thurso, and Watten. By 1 November 2024, all clients had been successfully transitioned.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
