Material uncertainty over going concern
The Directors have prepared group cash flow forecasts to December 2026 which include cash sales following the launch of the Dukosi Cell Monitoring System in September 2024, however forecast a net cash outflow for the year ended December 2026 of £23.4m as the group continues to develop its product range and begin production of the product ready for sale. The Directors anticipate any cash outflows will continue to be supported by cash injections from the ultimate controlling party, Dukosi Holdings Limited, through either loan note or equity investment. However, the support from the ultimate controlling party is not confirmed and the directors acknowledge that this represents a material uncertainty to the business.

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
