“The Directors have reviewed the Company's cash flow forecasts and profit projections over the concession period. The forecasts demonstrate that the Company expects to comply with its banking covenants and meet its liabilities for the foreseeable future. On this basis, the Directors anticipate that the Company will continue to be able to meet its business obligations as they fall due over the coming twelve months. The Directors therefore consider it appropriate to continue to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
