“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis for the following reasons. The Company continues to undertake its principal activity of an intermediary investment holding company and holder of intellectual property rights in the year and is forecast to continue to deliver this activity in the next twelve months, the forecast period. Transactions will principally comprise transactions with group entities for royalties received and paid settled on inter-company accounts. The use of the going concern basis of preparation is not dependent upon any further revenue being earned during the forecast period. The company had net current assets of £2,959,809 and net assets of £3,548,809 at 31 December 2024. The directors' evaluation reflects how the company has no significant financial commitments other than amounts owed to Halliburton group companies. Consequently, the directors are confident that the company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
