“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors expect that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of not less than twelve months. The directors have reviewed their cashflow requirements and are satisfied that both short term liquidity and longer term financial viability is appropriate and as such the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
