Going concern
Affirmed

“The Company's business activities, together with the factors likely to affect its future development, performance and financial position have been considered by the director with particular reference to the Company's cash flow, liquidity position and borrowing facilities. The Company has a £1.5M invoice discount facility which, along with existing cash reserves, is adequate to cover working capital requirements for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. Thus, the director continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-03-31 vs 2024-03-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
