“Accounting standards require the directors to consider the appropriateness of the going concern basis when preparing the financial statements. The directors have prepared detailed financial projections to December 2025 and considered trading prospects for the year to December 2026 and beyond. Both exercises show the company will be able to meet its day to day working capital requirements for the next 12 months and beyond from the date of approving the accounts. The Company recorded EBITDA before exceptional items of £1,459,979 loss in 2024 and £1,471,530 profit in 2023. The Company improved cash generated by operating activities by £754,648 in 2024. The Company has received financial support in the past from other group companies and continues to have the support of group undertakings if needed. Accordingly, the directors confirm that they consider the going concern basis remains appropriate.”
