“As disclosed in these accounts the Group has produced a profit for the financial year of £46,955,000 (2023: £57,121,000) and has net assets of £325,684,000 at 31 December 2024 (2023: £291,150,000). Based on the current trading projections and continued support through intercompany funding from Emperador Inc, the Directors consider that it is appropriate for the accounts to be prepared on a going concern basis.”
