“The directors have undertaken an exercise to review the appropriateness of the continued use of the Going Concern basis, upon which the financial statements are prepared. The company's business activities, together with the factors likely to affect its future development, its financial position, exposure to competitive, people and financial risks are described in the Strategic Report. The company has considerable financial resources with sound business relationships with a number of customers and suppliers across different geographic areas.
