Material uncertainty disclosed

“Your attention is drawn to note 2 to the accounts. As stated in that note, the current liabilities exceed the current assets by £512,852 and following COVID restrictions there continues to be a nervousness on the part of those who previously benefitted from the services the charity offers, to return, resulting in a much reduced income. These conditions indicates that a material uncertainty exists the may cast significant doubt on the charitable company's ability to continue as a going concern. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-07-31 vs 2024-07-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
