“The directors have reviewed the financial position of the company for an assessment period of 12 months to 31 January 2027. On completion of this review, and after making reasonable enquiries, the Directors have confident expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. At the balance sheet date, the company had net current liabilities of £13.5m, net liabilities of £1.2m and a loss before tax of £2.5m. Notwithstanding current trading and expectations for the following financial year, there is financial support to operate for a period well beyond the period of assessment for going concern purposes. This is evidenced by a letter of support from the parent company. For this reason, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing financial statements.”

Significant events
- “The company remains loss making from its hangover of the COVID 19 expansion and related latent costs. Revenue was impacted by reduced demand in masks due to sell offs and stock downs of excess stocks following COVID. A significant portion of our non productive exceptional costs, borne about from the COVID 19 resilience plan, have been significantly reduced before the end of the financial year.”
- “Operating in a post COVID environment has been our principal uncertainty bearing latent costs, while working to reduce them.”
- “Our team has diversified its manufacturing and is producing new product ranges, bolstering revenues supported by the industrial market. The respiratory market post COVID 19 in healthcare has seen reduced demand due to sell offs and stock downs of excess stocks, which has resulted in a reduction in revenue, but we are seeing some improvement again.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
