“The Group has a healthy pipeline of new work as well as extensive growth with existing customers generating additional income of circa 11m being confirmed prior to the end of 2025. This puts the group in an extremely positive position for the next 12 months. In addition to this one of their subsidiaries has ceased to trade which was costing the group over £300k per annum to subsidise losses and attempted growth. At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors are confident that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
