- Audit opinion
- Unqualified (clean)
- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The Directors believe that preparing the financial statements on the going concern basis is appropriate due to assurance the Directors have received from R&A Trust Company (No.1) Limited ('the group'), that the Group will support the company as necessary, and has the ability to do so, until the end of the period considered by the Directors in their going concern assessment, being the period from the date of approval of the Annual report and Financial Statements to 31 December 2026. As a result of the group going concern assessment described above and the confirmation received that the group will support the company as necessary and has the ability to do so, to 31 December 2026, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate financial resources to continue to operate for at the period of the assessment to 31 December 2026. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
