“The financial statements have been prepared by the directors under the going concern basis. The group continues to closely monitor and manage its funding position throughout the year to ensure that it has access to sufficient funds to meet forecast cash requirements. The group's solid equity base, low level of gearing and available headroom within its banking facilities provides it with the financial strength to deal with any foreseeable issues that may arise. As a result, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the group will continue in operation for the foreseeable future and accordingly the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
