“The directors have prepared trading forecasts based on expected sales volumes and these show that the company is expected to continue to trade profitably. The company has continued support from its parent company Pelagia AS which provides credit facilities, through the Pelagia AS group banking facility, to help manage cash flow throughout the fishing seasons. Pelagia AS has provided a letter of support to confirm that it will continue to provide financial support to allow this company to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. With reference to trading forecasts and the signed letter of support provided by Pelagia AS, the directors are of the opinion that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. In making their assessment, the Directors have considered a period of greater than 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
