- Affirmed
“The Company and Group's management have prepared detailed forecasts, including estimates of worst-case scenarios and stress testing, taking into account potential factors affecting its workforce and other stakeholders, projected revenue and cash generation, projected costs (taking account of mitigation available), and working capital requirements. Under all scenarios, the forecasts demonstrated that the Group could operate within its available funding arrangements. Accordingly, as there is a reasonable expectation that it has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and to meet its obligations as they fall due, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the Company financial statements.”
Significant events
- “The Company agreed a new asset-based lending facility with IGF on the 20 March 2025. This increased the overall facility for the Nickel Newco Group from £4.5m to £11m comprising a £3m stock facility and a £8m invoice discounting facility.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
