“The Ultimate parent company has confirmed that it will continue to support the company to ensure it has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and pay its liabilities as they fall due. The directors believe the Company will be able to meet its liabilities for the next 12 months and given the Ultimate parent company support, the Directors believe that it remains appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. Auditors concluded that the Directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate and they have not identified any material uncertainties.”
