When considering going concern the directors consider the Company's business activities, together with the factors likely to affect its future development, performance, and position. As noted in this review, the directors view the outlook of the Company as positive. ... The Directors have therefore concluded that it is appropriate for the financial statements to be prepared on a going concern basis.”
