“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

- “Storm damage to one of our factories in June 2023 resulted in significant disruption to operations over subsequent months. A digital press was irreparably damaged. upturn in volume from Q4 onwards which has so far continued into 2025. 2025 has started well with sales for the first seven months of the year being 21% higher than the same period in 2024. The group has also invested in a variety of finishing processes. Bell & Bain Limited's sister company, J Thomson Colour Printers Limited, has invested in a second hand 8-colour LED UV printing press. The company granted a bond and floating charge to Lloyds Bank Commercial Finance Ltd on 12 May 2025 in connection with the new invoice finance facility, which was transferred from ABN Amro to Lloyds Bank Commercial Finance Ltd on that date.”
