- “On 8th November 2023, the Partnership acquired the freehold of an office building near Aldgate, London, for a total consideration of £39.0m. The building is currently used as a serviced office and will benefit from rental income until January 2026. As part of the acquisition, the Partnership entered into a £23.8m acquisition loan with ASK which is due to be repaid in February 2026.”
- “In April 2025, the Partnership secured planning consent to convert the current office building into 277 Co-living homes. Since planning was granted, the Partnership has been working on detailed design and is in discussions with contractors to start the strip out of the building.”
