“As at 31 December 2024, the Group was at a net asset of £2,685,227 (2023: net liability of £1,451,691). Also, Pension Insurance Corporation plc has committed continued funding and consider the Group retains sufficient working capital to continue trading for at least 12 months from the date of approval these financial statements. Therefore, the Group considers it appropriate to prepare these financial statements on a going concern basis.”
