“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The partnership was successful in achieving planning consent for 35 apart hotel units and made the decision to sell the site with the benefit of this planning consent in the third quarter of 2024. The Partnership has agreed a sale price of £9.575m and exchanged contracts on the property in July 2025. The sale process is expected to be concluded in October 2025. Following the sale of the property, which is the only property owned by the partnership, the Members intend to liquidate the Limited Liability Partnership once the activities have ceased, all liabilities have been settled and the profits distributed however no formal decision has been made at the time of signing these Financial Statements. Accordingly, it is the Members' reasonable expectation that the Partnership has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements.”
