“At the time of approving the financial statements the LLP has sufficient liquid resources and ongoing contracts for the provision of investment management services. The members have a reasonable expectation that the LLP will have adequate resources to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future. In addition, the members are committed to providing sufficient capital to continue to support the LLP in meeting its liabilities and as such the members believe it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
