“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. In adopting the going concern basis, the members have considered the business activities as set out in the Members' Report, and the critical accounting judgements and estimates as set out in note 2. Consequently, the members consider that the LLP has adequate resources and support to continue trading for the foreseeable future, and for this reason, the going concern basis has been adopted in preparing these financial statements.”
