“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. In December 2022, the Partnership entered into a forward funding agreement with Realstar for the delivery of 488 residential units. RGCM was appointed the main contractor and construction works have been progressing according to the business plan. The funding secured from Realstar under the development agreement is sufficient to cover the remaining costs to complete the development. Accordingly it is the Members' reasonable expectation that the Partnership has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements.”
