“The LLP has incurred a loss in the year of €21,203. The LLP is in a net liability position of €21,203. The LLP has the support of the parent entity. The LLP and parent entity continue to perform a number of further stress tests to ensure it can continue to operate within its level of working capital and that we can cover costs and maintain our bank covenants for at least the next 12 months. After making enquires, the members have formed the judgement at the time of approving the financial statements that the LLP will have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and therefore it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.”
