“Having considered the LLP's risk management approaches, the financial position and performance of the LLP and the assessment of the risks and uncertainties facing the LLP and the Group, the Members reasonably consider that there are adequate capital and liquidity resources for the LLP to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the date of this report.”

The fit out works included the installation of LED lighting and an intelligent lighting control system based on occupancy to maintain the same standard of energy efficiency as the rest of the office space.
