“The Members have a reasonable expectation that the LLP has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Members have considered the working capital needs of the business by preparing detailed future plans for the project, reviewing those plans on a regular basis and ensuring that adequate facilities are in place to cover fluctuations in projected project expenditure over the next 12 months, and have concluded that with the continued support of the LP, the LLP will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due. Thus, the Member continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the LLP's annual financial statements.”

• “In December 2021 the LLP acquired a vacant five storey office building in Richmond, London. The business plan is to refurbish the building and offer best-in-class sustainable office space for rent. Planning was secured in September 2022 for 39,800 sq. ft. of lettable space post refurbishment. The refurbishment achieved practical completion in May 2024 and achieved BREEAM Outstanding, EPC A, Wired Score Gold, and Fitwell 2-Star, which underlines the asset's superior sustainability credentials. There is strong interest in the property and discussions are underway with potential occupiers in the Richmond area.”
