“The Partnership is a wholly owned subsidiary of British International Investment plc (BII) and its designated members are British International Investment plc and British International Investment Overseas Limited. With support from the Designated Members, and the immediate parent, BII, the Members have a reasonable expectation that the Partnership will have adequate financial resources to continue in operational existence for at least the next 12 months. BII has issued a letter of support which confirms that BII will not request repayment of the loan for a period of at least 12 months from the date these financial statements are approved. Further to this, the letter of support also confirms that BII will cover any ongoing expenses incurred by the Partnership.”
