“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes that for the foreseeable future the LLP will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due. The members performed an assessment in relation to the LLP's ability to continue as a going concern, this included assessing its current financial position and reviewing future cash flow forecasts with considerations to entity specific factors. The members believe that preparing the financial statements on the going concern basis is appropriate due to the continued financial support of Countryside Properties (UK) Limited and Newlon Housing Trust, the parent entity of Newlonbuild Limited. The members have received confirmation that Countryside Properties (UK) Limited and Newlon Housing Trust intend to support the LLP for at least one year after these financial statements are signed.”
