“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Members, in their consideration of going concern, have taken into account the challenging build environment, coupled with persistent inflation, high interest rates and limited investors' demand due to rent controls in Scotland. Whilst these events have adversely impacted the business, the Partnership is confident that the project will be feasible and profitable.”
