“The LLP's principal business activity is the provision of discretionary investment management services. The members have assessed the ability of the LLP to continue as a going concern for the 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements and consider that the revenue generated from the primary activities of the LLP based on current assets under management is sufficient to meet the LLP's liabilities as they fall due and to maintain adequate regulatory capital. Accordingly, the members consider it appropriate for these financial statements to be prepared on a going concern basis.”
