“The LLP II has sufficient financial resources and has entered into a long-term service contract for provision of investment management services and consultancy services. Based on the forecasts, the Members believe that the LLP II is well placed to manage its business risks successfully and have a reasonable expectation that the LLP II has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, the going concern basis has been adopted in preparing the financial statements. In reaching this conclusion the Members have considered, and are pro actively managing the risks of future plausible scenarios arising from market events and their potential impact on the ability to generate revenue.”
