“Given that the LLP's revenue is entirely derived from the LLC or its affiliates, the LLP's principal risks relate to the credit default and liquidity risks associated with the receipt of income on a timely basis. These risks are managed through regular dialogue with the LLC and its affiliates to ensure that the LLP maintains sufficient working capital to meet its liabilities as they fall due. As a result, the Members consider that the LLP has adequate financial resources to continue in operation for the foreseeable future and, hence, the Members continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements of the LLP.”
