Affirmed

“The members have at the time of approving the financial statements, a reasonable expectation that the LLP has adequate resources to continue in operational existence and meet its liabilities for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Thus, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the members consider to be appropriate for the following reasons: The LLP's only customer is its parent company, with which it trades on a cost-plus basis. The members have prepared cash flow forecasts for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financials statements which indicate that, taking account of reasonable possible downsides, the LLP will have sufficient funds to meet its liabilities as they fall due for that period. When assessing the LLP's ability to continue as a going concern, the members have also considered the forecast performance of the parent company including possible downsides from geopolitical events. Based on the above, the members believe it remains appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
