“The designated members have, at the time of approving these financial statements, a reasonable expectation that the limited liability partnership and the Group will have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, being a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. This is based on a number of reasons, which include: the existence of current as well as newly confirmed (see additional detail in the subsequent event note) cash-generating vessel construction projects and their related loan financing, the strong cash and profit position of the group and finally, the expected retention of cash within the limited liability partnership and group over the next few years as the group enters into an investment phase. Having assessed these factors, the designated members have adopted the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements of the LLP and Group.”
