Going concern
Affirmed

“The Designated Members note that the senior lending is due within nine months of signing the consolidated financial statements and there is uncertainty regarding the refinancing of the senior lending. This gives rise to a material uncertainty in respect of ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the consolidated financial statements are authorised for issue. The Designated Members have considered the Group's current and future commitments and it is considered by the Designated Members that the Group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months following the signing of the audited consolidated financial statements. Consequently, these consolidated financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
