“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. In February 2024, the Partnership entered into a forward funding agreement with CDL for a total consideration of £88m and construction works have started and progressed according to the business plan. The forward funding deal and the land proceeds have provided the Partnership with sufficient funds to complete the project. Accordingly it is the Members' reasonable expectation that the Partnership has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements.”
