“At the reporting date the LLP has in place undrawn funding facilities of £1,340,000 (2023: £1,746,000) provided by the members. On 3 May 2024 MGC and its members entered into a Deed of Amendment extending the initial period for the facility from 4 years to 8 years. The members have concluded that with the right management and the availability of the aforementioned facility the LLP is a going concern for at least 12 months following the signature of the financial statements. Accordingly the members have prepared the financial statements on this basis”
