“The members of the LLP have considered the resilience of the LLP, taking into account its current financial position and the principal and emerging risks facing the business. The members reviewed the LLP's cash flow forecasts and trading budgets for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these accounts as part of its overall review of the LLP's five year plan, and concluded that, taking into account plausible downside scenarios that could reasonably be anticipated, the LLP will have sufficient funds to pay its liabilities as they fall due for that period. FGLLP, the parent entity, has confirmed that it will continue to support the LLP by providing adequate financial resources for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements to enable the LLP to continue its business operations.”
