“The LLP meets its funding requirements principally through capital calls made on the Members. The Members have a legal commitment as per the Limited Liability Partnership Agreement ('LLPA') to pay capital contributions to the LLP. Accordingly, the Members are satisfied that the LLP has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future at least 12 months from the date of the approval of the financial statements and continue to adopt the going concern basis in the preparation of the financial statements.”
