“Whilst the LLP remains dependent on a single source of revenue from its parent undertaking, the members are not aware of any reason that this agreement will be terminated in the foreseeable future, being a period of at least 12 months from the date these financial statements are approved. The members have a reasonable expectation that the LLP has adequate resources to continue in operational existence and meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the members' report and financial statements.”
