“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Members have prepared cashflow forecasts for the period up to 30 June 2026 in order to assess the requirements of the Partnership over that period (the "going concern period"). The Partnership and the Group have sufficient cash resources to meet liabilities as they fall due at all times throughout the going concern period. This is excluding any proceeds due to be received as a result of the investment property disposal, which have been distributed to shareholders in March 2025. Therefore, the Members consider the going concern basis of preparation to be appropriate.”
