“Having assessed the going concern status of the LLP, the members are of the opinion that there are no material uncertainties that may cast significant doubt about the LLP's ability to continue as a going concern and the LLP should have adequate capital and liquidity to meet its obligations for at least the next 12 months from the date of this report. Accordingly, the going concern basis has been adopted in preparing these financial statements.”

• “The reduction in profitability during the financial year ended 31 March 2025, was a result of a reduction of funds under management compared to prior periods, which resulted in a subsequent reduction of revenue of the LLP. The LLP benefited from a lower cost-base during the financial year ended 31 March 2025, however, overall expenditure is higher as the LLP incurred one-off costs of $185,548 in the financial year ended 31 March 2025 (2024: $nil) through the impairment of an intercompany asset related to the potential launch of a new fund.”
