“In preparing this set of financial statements the Members have given consideration to plausible downside scenarios related to current macroeconomic issues. These include the ongoing conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East, political changes in the UK and abroad, and the gradually falling but still high interest rates on Curzon Capital Partners 5 Long-Life LP ("CCP 5 LP" or "the Fund"), as it is the sole source of income of the Limited Liability Partnership. At year end, the Limited Liability Partnership had a net current asset position of €61,642 (2023 - €146,454) and net asset position of €14,670,553 (2023 €16,313,754). The Members will continue to monitor the economic environment and the impact it may have on the Limited Liability Partnership. The Members also had regard to plausible downside scenarios and are comfortable that these financial statements should be prepared on a going concern basis. The Members have a reasonable expectation that the Limited Liability Partnership has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and therefore continue to adopt the going concern basis for the financial statements.”
