“As set out in further detail below, these financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis and no material uncertainties that cast significant doubt about the ability of the partnership to continue as a going concern have been identified by the members. In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the members' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the limited liability partnership's ability to continue as a going concern for a period to 31 December 2026.”
