“The Partnership's business activities, together with the factors likely to affect its future development, performance and position, are set out in this Members' Report. Due to the fee generating agreements with the General Partners of Epiris Fund II, Epiris Fund III Co-Investment A and Epiris Fund III the Partnership has a satisfactory capital position and as a consequence, the Members believe the Partnership is well placed to manage its business risks sufficiently and has adequate resources to continue its business for a period of 12 months from the date of issue of these financial statements.”
